Run. Worst experience ever. After several interviews, I was contacted twice and told that they would be making an offer. Instead, they strung me along for months without explanation. Nothing justifies this behavior or treatment of a candidate. On the bright side, it showed me who they really are and for that I am truly grateful. I would never again even entertain a casual conversation with BHG. Truly despicable and heinous on their part. Put yourself in the shoes of the candidate and DO BETTER!

Interview
HR prescreen which went really well. Was asked to produce case study and review with hiring manager. Hiring manager interview was horrible, no questions asked they just wanted to review the case study.
It would seem that either HR and the hiring manager were not in sync or the hiring manager wanted to gain insight into his own role by getting free case studies.
