I had a lovely interview experience with the company. The talent acquisition partner was very friendly and conversational during the phone screening. She gave me the space to express what my goals were professionally to make sure we were both in alignment about the position. She set my meeting up right then and there with the Sr. Production Manager and a week later I had a video call with her and two other women. That interview went into depth about the position and my work experience. What stood out to me is that instead of doing a slew of situational questions they asked me specific questions about me based on my resume and character, which felt more natural and conversational. An hour later I got a call with an offer. It was a very fast and efficient process!
