Walking in the door for my initial interview, I was expecting something much less relaxed than it was. One of the first things my now boss (whom will remain nameless for confidentiality purposes) said to me was, next time "come in a bit more relax dressed". So right off the bat I felt very comfortable and I think the whole process was amazing. I was asked a few strange questions, but once explained made sense.
