BILL interview questions

Met with HR, the hiring manager then a panel interview. After the third round I did not hear back. Generally a smooth process, but after reaching the 3rd round it would be nice to receive some feedback.

Overall, the application and recruiter side of the process was okay. There was some confusing back and forth, which I should have taken a cue from in hindsight. The interview itself was one of the strangest I've had in my career. I don't think the person prepared for the interview at all. Their questions were anything but straightforward, I felt confused after every question because it either had 5 different parts to respond to jammed into the "question" or it wasn't even framed as a question. I left the interview very disappointed in the experience and likely would not apply again now that I see the caliber of people I'd be working with.
