I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BJ's Wholesale Club (Bangor, ME) in Aug 2015
Interview
Extended interview process consisting of numerous question reviews and elaborations from initial application. Was told upfront that the position I applied for was already filled (despite scheduling early during their interview fair) and questioned if I would consider an alternative position. Interviewers were friendly and attentive. Two female interviewers paced around a cubicle asking questions and bantering back and forth throughout the process. They made little eye-contact focusing on the print-out of the on-line application, at times murmuring among themselves. The Interviews were held in a temporary, cramped location that was poorly organized and clustered. The interviewers were running approximately 45 minutes behind schedule.
