In my case, it was 2 interviews back to back and in total took approximately 20 minutes. I was offered a position on the spot that was different than, but similar to (and actually beter for my needs) than the one I originally applied for, and once I accepted the offer, was given the drug test immediately. Once the drug test went through I submitted the background check information and new hire paperwork online.
