Asked if I was motivated, then asked why I wanted the job. That was it!!! Of course the guy interviewing was possibly the biggest fake I have ever met. Essentially they just hire you to be a warm body. The process for anything at BJ's is based on a drug test and a background check. Two things that really shouldn't matter if they only pay you 10.00 an hour right?
