I applied online, and took the Assessment. About two weeks later I received a phone call to come in for an interview. After arriving at the store on time, I waited for 30 minutes. The interview was somewhat informal, the interviewer just wanted to get to know me and see if I would work well on a team. I was hired on the spot, and took the drug test right afterwards. They then send the papers to sign via email, and schedule you for orientation. Just a note about the Assessment - it's not a pass or fail thing, so just be honest when taking it.
