What did you do when you had to deal with a difficult customer? What did you do at your previous positions?
I was interviewed with another candidate. They were applying for a different position as me. There was a pre-interview over the phone where someone from outside the actual store location asked about my past job history-related to cashiering.

The interviewing process was short. Although I had to wait for half an hour before my interview began. The questions were normal questions, such as why you want to be employed with the company, give an example of a situation that was difficult. It was a 2 day interview.
