If they like you they call you back to offer you the job, then you must come in for a safety video/course and finally you must pass a drug test before your first day of work.

Probably the easiest interview I've ever had. They are so desperate for people in there that so long as you have a clean background and pass the drug test you're pretty much guaranteed to get the position you applied for unless its for management. It was less of an interview and more of "when can you start".
