Mass hire interviewing process involved a hotel conference room with multiple tables. It was possible for two separate interviews to occur at the same table simultaneously. There was a initial screening, at which point you could be thanked for your time, requested to come back later or asked to wait for a second interview. After the second interview, it was requested that you stay to talk to the store manager. The wait times between each sit down were approximately 30 minutes. The interview with the store manager was very brief and I was asked to take a mouth swab drug test before leaving. (You cannot eat or drink for 10 minutes prior to the swab; plan accordingly.)
