Applied online and received a call about a week later for an interview. The interview was very quick and they asked your usual questions such as "why do you want to work for BJ's?" Right after the short interview I was taken to the GM and he told me I was hired. After that you just take a drug test and you'll get a call to come in for orientation a few days later.

Interview
Quick and Easy interview process, and though it was such, I did not get the job. The manager was very straightforward and transparent in terms of what they were looking for to fill in shifts and my schedule didn’t align with the shifts the store needed.
