I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at BJ's Wholesale Club (Chesapeake, VA) in May 2014
Interview
I've applied online and was called a few days later. On the day of the interview, I went to the Customer Service and say I'm here for the interview. Somebody on the desk will tell you to see on the bench and wait. Then the manager came and I shook her hand and introduced myself. The manager will discuss the about your schedule, your ideal job, she also asked typical questions like "describe a time when you worked as a team" and etc. (that's all that I could remember), and discuss your starting salary.

I interviewed at BJ's Wholesale Club (Waltham, MA)
Interview
Quick and Easy interview process, and though it was such, I did not get the job. The manager was very straightforward and transparent in terms of what they were looking for to fill in shifts and my schedule didn’t align with the shifts the store needed.
