Recommended to company by employee (family member) who knew me. Received a phone call to schedule the interview which took place at the store. Answered some basic questions about availability, employment history, etc. and a couple more general, personal questions. They gave me instructions on how to get a drug test afterwards. One month later, they offered me the position.
