AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I kid you not, the fine folks at BJ's Batavia, NY, (quite literally), restored my faith in the job seeking process. You can tell the staff not simply adheres to the purported 'core values' but seriously, the Mid and above management clearly has a knack for selecting personell that EMBODY IT! IMHO: If you feel you've got a lot to offer, but just need the right (albeit fast-paced) environment... Western NY BJ's may be the Goldie Locks Zone for you!
