Phone interview went well. I made it to a panel interview over web cam. I was interviewing for a food safety and safety position. Very few questions that were asked actually pertained to the position and food safety. Panelists seemed not seem thrilled to be interviewing me and few had anything prepared. They went several rounds basically asking the same questions. They admitted the company has a weak food safety culture and some stores are in bad shape. The hiring manager seemed okay. Her boss seemed confrontational when asking questions. Ultimately I was ghosted and was never given a reason why I wasn’t moved forward. Honestly I wouldn’t have took the position anyway. I’d suggest not waisting your time and look for a company that values a positive Food Safety culture and keeping employees safe.
