After applying for the job, I received a call about a month later to set up an interview. I came to the interview on time, waited 25 minutes for it to begin. During the interview, I would enthusiastically give responses to questions I had hoped in return would give a responsive.. well.. response. But the interviewer would just read the questions, wait for a response, then glare back down at the questions to ask. Made me feel like I would hate the job within days.

The person that interviewed was really nice and welcoming. It was easy. So no need to be stressed You’ll need to have experience in register if applying for cashier. Great experience
Asked about background, availability, hours, as well as familiarity with system. Followed up by computerized training, the importance of time keeping, and accountability when it came to accurate cash handling.
