Was generally dismayed to find the location of the Bj's so close to the Lincoln Tunnel in NYC. Was left waiting at customer service desk for 15 minutes pre-interview. Understandable as managers are busy people in this industry. I was told that I would be seen now and I entered the office to find the manager not terribly busy at all, staring at his computer screen with a look of concentration akin to a heated game of Tetris.
