Extremely disorganized and the recruiter was terrible at communicating during and after the interview. The hiring manager thought I was interviewing for a different role and was not prepared to interview me. They also scheduled my hiring manager interview to take place before the recruiter screening.

After applying, a recruiter reached out to schedule an initial phone interview with HR. This portion was your standard phone screen. The next round was a video conference with two team members who were on the team relevant to the internship in which I was applying.

Basic interview questions. Very straight forward. Felt more like a conversation than an interview. The staff was very nice and competent throughout the whole process. Was a thirty minute call on zoom video conference software.
