I applied online. I interviewed at BJC HealthCare (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2017
Interview
The interview process was very drawn out, I had a total of 3 interviews. 2 phone interviews and 1 in person interview with a department head. The questions asked were fairly simple and almost identical across all 3 interviews which gave me a chance to tweak my answers if I didnt have a good answer the first time.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at BJC HealthCare (O'Fallon, MO) in Mar 2025
Interview
I was getting text messaged from a weird number not associated with BJC. When you call the number no one answers, goes into voicemail.
They would take days to respond to the text messages or not respond at all. One rep set up an interview, never did the interview and marked my application as not selected. The other rep did do an interview and then ghosted me after I said I quit working fulltime in 2021 because of covid infection, never heard back, marked my application as not selected, This interview was for a part time job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BJC HealthCare (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2024
Interview
There is always a two part interview. The initial interview and then a second with a department manager. The questions are relatively easy but since they hiring process is slow there’s a higher chance of applicants.
