I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at BJC HealthCare (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2021
Interview
Interview process was lengthy. Ended up having 5 interviews and even met with Exec I would be assigned to. I felt like we made a great connection and a wonderful, productive interview. Sent follow up thank you's and review emails and was completely ghosted. I reached out to the BJC recruiter multiple times and couldn't even get a form letter response. Extremely unprofessional. Will not apply again.

Question 1
Each interview asked the same set of questions. Made me wonder why I had to talk to each person just to repeat myself.
The process was quick with no long waiting period for reply. You do get a message if they choose another direction so you are not waiting to hear back. They have a lot of available jobs so you just need to continue applying.
