I have applied for 3+ marketing positions at this company and yet to get a phone screening, Experience required for all have been 2-5 years with a bachelor's degree. I have 3-4 years' experience, and an MBA. I'm not sure why every application I submit is reviewed and not selected. Not to mention they never send a courtesy email stating that you won't be advancing. Very weird process with no opportunity for feedback.
