The first part of the process is a phone screen where the sourcing specialist interview the candidate, it ask you a series of question regarding what are you currently doing, what are you responsibilities, what salary do you have right now, are you looking for new employment opportunities, what are you looking for in a future employment and what are your achievements in the current one. The next step is a persona interview a 1 on 1 with the recruiter so it can meet the candidate in person and basically ask the same questions that the sourcing specialist al ready ask but thoroughly. If you are the elegible candidate they call you and make you an offer and pass you to the background check process.
