Interview
I had 2 preliminary interview. the first one was directly with BMAT HR, the second one with the Team Lead.
Then I had a technical interview with a Senior Dev, a coding challenge, and at the end I received an offer.

Question 1
They asked me about my background, and some basic tech questions.
Then in the Tech Interview I had a Coding Challenge in Python, It was an analysis, then implementation, then discussion about improvement and some more tech questions. The challenge was to write a program to parse some realistic incoming data.
