Interview with recruitment agency.
Technical test that I did well enough to get in a face to face interview with someone technical.
Face to face interview, where I was asked a lot of "have you done this" with no mention of the technical test.
Then completely ignored afterwards. Not even a "no thanks" email.
Pretty disrespectful after the time I put in.
