Question 1
Q: What excites me the most about working in the industry
I applied online. I interviewed at BMAT (Barcelona) in Feb 2025
Interview
Was very nice chat about my profile, general background and experience. Almost no specific or technical question related to this particular job position, or about my technical skills in general. Indeed I honestly felt It was too generic, I know this was just the first step of the selection process but I don't think the recruiter had a clear image of what my skills / knowledge are in relation to this particular role. I was expecting more questions from the recruiter and more specs regarding the role.

Question 1
Just my personal general background experience in the Music Industry and how I am during my daily life (job wise)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BMAT in Nov 2024
Interview
The initial interview was with a Talent Acquisition professional who asked about my professional background, education, experience in similar roles, and my motivation for the position and the company. The communication was a mix of English and Spanish, and the conversation was relaxed and engaging. After this interview, I moved to the second phase, which involved a written assignment. This consisted of responding to three practical cases and completing a very interesting logic test. The three cases were based on real challenges I would face daily in the role, requiring me to explain my approach to handling each situation and the responses I would provide to the client.
