Interview
Applied online and the next day received an email to complete a stimulation test. Got a reply two days later for a phone interview. It was very thorough, talked in depth about my resume, past experiences, reasons for leaving and some behavioural questions. Later, got an email requesting for a face to face interview for the following week. The recruiter was AMAZING! Made the interview an awesome experience A LOT of situational questions and talking about the role. The next day received a job offer!

Describe a time you turned a difficult situation with a customer into a good one.

Interview process is quick and easy, I got hired in 2 weeks. They will ask you to do some video interviews one final 1-1 interview with hiring manager. While doing assessment, the technology is fantastic, u will have a chance to simulate the real job
