Two stage interview. One phone interview with HR, one in person interview with two branch managers. They ask about your sales and customer service history. Why BMO? etc. It was pretty straight forward. Must complete CSC or IFIC within 6 months of hire.

The whole process took a few months. The pre screening was pretty easy. Then I had another two separate runs with two branch mangers from different branches. The sent me an oral offer at first. After I accepted the written offer, the HR sent me the background check invitation. It was smoothing overall.
