Interview
I applied to a posting on the website for the customer service rep position. I got a phone call within a week. The person asked me a few simple questions about where did I find out about the job and about my personal info etc. After the interviewer set a time for me to do an official interview over the phone the very next day. The interview was very kind and tried to help me feel relaxed. Its been a while since I had an interview and its first time I ever did a phone interview, so I didn't do so well. The interviewer told me I did well and will forward my resume to the manager at the branch with the opening. The interviewer told me they will get back to me middle of the following week. I received the call mid that week, but I was told the position was already given to someone within the branch. I was disappointed but overall it was a great learning experience.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
