Phone interview was standard and went well.
The first and second round also were good, but it was downhill from there.
I got the impression that I had a good chance of getting hired every step of the way, at least from the hiring managers words.
However, the recruiter gave me a run-around for weeks as "they were still deciding and will let you know as soon as possible", I passed on another role that needed a response and soon after got scheduled for another interview here which was the worst interview I've ever had.
None of the questions made any sense, the hiring manager cut me off and told me "not to lie" and acted unprofessional (showed up 15 mins late) then said she's not going to go through the entire interview since "WE started late".
Finally, a week later, I followed up with the recruiter and when I didn't get any concrete answer on the process informed them that its been almost a month and will need to make a decision soon.
I guess she didn't like that because I received a call back not even 10 mins later to the WRONG number.
And I imagine it was for the other candidates.
Anyway, this was awful and probably will avoid BMO for the rest of my professional career.

two rounds of interviews, one with hr and the second with the manager, lots of behaviour questions, asking your technical skills, etc. pretty straightforward. The entire interview lasted about 20 minutes.
