The position required a strong focus on sales, and he stressed the importance of meeting sales goals and targets. He advised that if I was not comfortable with meeting targets, I would not be successful in the position.

Was pretty fast, direct hiring, no intermediary, started right away after interview. Working environment was quite unorganized but got promoted quite fast depending how much of a staff shortage they have.
