I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BMO US (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
I go to school out of state so the interview was a phone call. I landed the interview after meeting with a recruiter at a job fair, they are very nice and helpful. Then on the phone I spoke with three people in the marketing department who each asked me a few questions. The process lasted about a half hour. Very easy to talk to and interested in your problem solving ability and interest in the position.
