Short and to the point. They are more looking for friendly people with a little bit of banking knowledge. As long as you are reasonably competent they will be happy to hire you.

Basic STAR based questions with some aimed at ascertaining your level of banking knowledge.
I had went to an open job fair at one of the branches. Although I had experience they wanted to start off entry level. They promised me thats It will be a few months for promotion but the opportunity was never presented.

very professional questions regarding previous experience. In scenario questions, like for example: what would you do if ? how would you respond to? They give you the opportunity to ask your own questions.
easy interview process, manager was probing to see if i was knowledgeable, and how i thought. Im not saying it was easy per se, but I was able to get the job done, and get hired.
