The interview questions were the basic behavioral questions asked during any interview. There were no unexpected or difficult questions. They were looking for customer service experience. The interviewers were looking for how you would handle certain situations with customers. Overall the interview went really well and the people were extremely nice!
I had went to an open job fair at one of the branches. Although I had experience they wanted to start off entry level. They promised me thats It will be a few months for promotion but the opportunity was never presented.

very professional questions regarding previous experience. In scenario questions, like for example: what would you do if ? how would you respond to? They give you the opportunity to ask your own questions.
easy interview process, manager was probing to see if i was knowledgeable, and how i thought. Im not saying it was easy per se, but I was able to get the job done, and get hired.
