There were 3 stages to my interview process: First they conducted an initial 1 on 1 interview with hiring manager (1 hr.), a week later they set up 6 on 1 follow-up interviews (2 1/2 hrs.), the last salary stage they set up was a salary and compensation expectation assessment with human resources.

Very technical, great detail and less competency focus. Overall positivity experience but could be more structured in content. Perhaps is role specific for technology teams. Knowledge of tech stack is focused upon full stack understanding is tested.

3 phase interview. The overall interview process went really well and I loved the team and everyone interviewed with.
The recruiter was ver responsive and addressed all the questions I had.
I however could not shake off the feeling of being lowballed. Offer was increased immediately hence confirming my suspicion however the damage was already done.
