Interview
Only two states. First a call from a junior analyst to know a little bit. Standard questions . Walk me through your resume, Why BNP, what is biggest weakness, walk me through the different types of valuation. The second stage interview was 2 hrs, split into 30 mins interview with different people. Each focus on a certain top. One on culture, one more technical, one on your general knowledge of the market and the other one I don't remember.

Walk me through your resume, Why BNP, what is biggest weakness, walk me through the different types of valuation, tell me a time you made a mistake, tell me a time you saw someone engage in unethical manner and what you did.
Two rounds, second one being in person. Second round had three different interviewers. Overall good process. Generally straight forward questions. If you follow markets closely and are prepared to discuss your interests in them the interviews should go well.

first round telephone only so nothing related to financial market and just all maths related questions. for example, brain teasers and mental quick maths. one hour online. and at the end ask questions to interviewer so come with questions prepared.
