I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Milan) in Apr 2013
Interview
Applied online and invited for an interview a week later. First-round interview with HR. Solely fit questions; relatively laid back. Heard back for the second round a month later. Two back-to-back interviews with senior managers. Fit and behavioural questions: tell me about yourself, resume, strengths and weaknesses etc. very laid back
j'ai passé 1 entretien manager + 1 entretien RH, les deux en visios, réponse rapide, stage de 6 mois basé à paris, offre réçu 2 semaines après le début du process
just one stage interview. really a conversation, a few questions about sql, about data, few competency based. nothing weird, standard questions, not really much to prepare beforehand. pretty easy interview
the panel is very supportive and comfortable experience was there. they were guiding all through the process. company policy also good. the role is well aligned with job description. and no requirements of any tech background.
