AC consists of three group interviews that I have never had before, but it was generally a good experience. The interview questions are pretty standard: why BNP Paribas? Why this business line? Tell me a time when.. However, the interview with two traders was a bit more technical and tested the ability to think on the feet.

How you work as a team and what knowledge you have
Given a scenario and asked to answer comprehension questions related to it while suggesting technological solutions + diagram drawing. Quite unprofessional over MS Teams, will kick you out over technical difficulties on their end and you're required to email your work to them. Pretty inefficient and taxing process.
