If I could rate this process, this process is worse than an F. The interview started out pretty well. I was asked to complete a series of games. Fortunately, I passed the series of games. Then, I did a recorded video interview where I answered a series of interview questions. Unfortunately, this is where the process started going south. I received an invitation email ONE day before the deadline to attend the hiring event (which would be in 8 days) in Fort Worth, Texas. Great! And by the way, there was no link in the email to indicate whether I would be attending the hiring event or not. Upon responding to the email to ask for the link to accept the invitation to the event, the recruiter started sending out ONE question at a time per email (when all the questions could have been asked in a single email). After trying very hard to respond to the questions quickly, so the recruiter could send me the link to indicate whether I would be attending the event (or I thought...), the recruiter told me that she would need to send the information over to the respective, hiring department to review and that she'll let the department know that I am very interested in attending. If that is the case, why did I even get an invitation to attend the event in the first place?! Sadly, the department took 4 months to review my information, and the recruiter told me that the position already closed.
