BNY Contract Customer Service Administrator interview questions

Over Webex - 30 minutes. Short background discussion and four competency questions. Knew I was just there for “diversity” when interviewer asked me where I was located - it is on the top of my CV. Obviously just looking for processors for new back office customer. No interest in skills and interviewer not that well educated, so not interested in relevant qualifications. Lost interest about halfway through and when rejected, told agency that I wasn’t surprised.
