Interview
I had an awesome experience with respect to the interview process. My interview was more of a conversation rather than feeling like I was under a spotlight being hammered with questions until I failed. It gave me a great feel for the collaborative culture that my new team has and made me comfortable making a transition from my prior employer.

Question 1
We did cover some of the basic skills questions including how my prior experience applied to this role. Questions centered around how I could add value to the company and role instead of if I memorized answers to specific technical questions.
