Relaxed interview with a panel of two. Questions started off technical such as the knowledge of derivatives, NAV, hedging etc before proceeding to more behavioural questions eg: describing interpersonal skills, identifying teamwork challenges and dealing with difficult individuals/situations.
Interview went well and the interviewees assured me they would be in contact in a couple of weeks. Having heard nothing I followed up with one of the recruiters via email but still to no avail.
It's a quite pathetic that a company such as BNY haven't developed a sufficient HR department that can actually respond to interview candidates. Certainly not an ideal environment to work in I would imagine...
