Easy and straightforward process. BNY HR contacted me via LinkedIn. Interviewers were friendly and kind, asking mostly competency based questions. However, after three rounds of interviews and even though I made it to the last round, I did not get back any feedback. I followed back multiple times, but got no response. HR is really unprofessional in this respect.
