Interview
After working as a contractor, I was recommended to the position by my supervisor. I was contacted by my new supervisor, and we met met to briefly discuss the specifics of the full-time position that was available, and how my experience as a contractor would help me transition to the full-time position. The interview was very relaxed, really more of an official chance to meet my new supervisor, learn a little bit more about the job opportunity, and find out if I was interested.
