Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. First, you complete a 60 minute HackerRank coding challenge. If you do well on this, you then conduct a screening interview where they ask really basic questions such as which location you want to work, your GPA, and graduation year. Next, you complete a 60 minute CodePair interview with an employee and you basically go over your HackerRank exam and do additional coding challenges. Finally, there is a 30 minute final round video interview where they ask you questions about your resume and their own additional questions.
After submitting my application I received an invitation for an online coding challenge followed by a code pair session with a developer in the language of my choice and then a soft-skills interview with another technology employee.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BNY (New York, NY) in Mar 2020
Interview
There was a Hacker rank test and a technical round. Questions were asked about technologies and projects worked on. Hacker rank was leet code easy. There were about 4 questions.

Interview
Applied online then got an email about a 5 minute telephone interview. After the telephone interview I was sent a link to online tests. The test was on HackerRank and took 1hr with questions on multiple programming languages.
