Interview
One phone interview covering basic personal history. One hour-long in person interview which included many technical questions regarding derivatives, financial markets, and the suite of institutional services BNY offers. There was a hands-on Excel skills test as well which covered the basics, vlookup, index match, pivot tables, etc.

Interview
Short and informal, may be asked a puzzle question deliberately designed to be confusing. Interview 2 on 1 for about 30 minutes, and the interviewers seemed pretty unprepared. Very easy interview process.
