Most unprofessional experience ever. Had an interview scheduled with a recruiter that reached out to me. Not only did the recruiter miss the interview, he did not respond to my email when i followed up afterwards.
First step is an independent Coding Problems in a hackerrank with basic coding questions, followed by a Code Pair interview with one other person, followed by a Superday interview with 2 people
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BNY (Jersey City, NJ) in Dec 2020

Pretty easy, completed the OA then technical interview went over my solution and the final interview was behavioral. The interviewers were very nice and easy to talk to. Went over my resume as well.
