Amazing, personal, and positive interview and selection process. Phone call, mini-interview, and screen the first round. E-mail feedback. Actual real interview after this during the second round. Expect the timelines they provide for hearing back from them to be double. Said 2 weeks after round one but was 4 weeks.

Very straightforward process, a screening call with HR, then 2 interviews with individuals in the division applied for. More focus was emphasised on your skills, past experiences and why BNY.
