I signed up at their table at a career fair. A week later, a recruiter called me for a brief chat about the internship, and told me to fill out application online. Then, I was called in for an in-person interview. There were two rounds, one technical and one behavioral. Each one lasted about 45 minutes, max. A lot of feedback was given during the interviews, especially technical. The technical interviewer actually told me what the answer was when I couldn't remember, or gave me a hint when I was missing a detail in my code. The behavioral interview was very conversational. I was asked questions and given feedback about my answers: "why would you do that, but not this?" "that's interesting, usually people answer this way"
