I was contacted by an in-house recruiter for BOK about a position I had applied for. She called me while I was in a meeting at work so I called her back like 20 minutes later and left a voicemail. I didn't hear anything back for over a month. Once she did call me back she apologized for the delay and we had a good 45 minute conversation. It was clear from that conversation they were very interested in talking with me more. That call occurred on a Friday morning, by the following Monday I was scheduled to meet with the hiring manager on a phone interview that Wednesday. We talked and during the conversation he told me they wanted to bring me on site. I was contacted the next morning about scheduling an onsite interview, which ended up being the following Wednesday. Since I was coming in from out of town, they paid for a hotel room the night before in a very nice hotel. The onsite interview as pretty intense with multiple panels of people passing through the room. It lasted from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm with the recruiter taking me out to lunch.
Overall it was a fantastic experience. I agree with a previous poster that says if they are interested in you, they move quickly. From the time I spoke with the recruiter on the initial phone screen to the job offer was exactly two weeks, and it only took that long because we had to wait a few days to schedule my onsite interview when everyone was available. The process moved very quickly and they took care of everything.
